How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Browse our products, select your desired items, choose your size and color, then add them to your cart. Once you're ready to checkout, click the cart icon, review your order, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping address and payment information. After confirming your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also support PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallet services. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Express shipping is available for 1-2 business day delivery. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status. Please note that processing time is 1-2 business days before shipment.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. To initiate a return, log into your account and visit the Order History section, or contact our customer service team. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Order History page. Click on the specific order to view detailed tracking information. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
